A team member since March 2021, Brandy joined VCA as an assistant project manager after a lengthy career in kitchen and bath design. As the department grew she transitioned to the furniture project management team where she currently both assists and PMs. “I enjoy the fast past, the uniqueness of the pieces we build, and above all the collaboration with the team – who all contribute immense knowledge and skill when bringing these designs to life.”

Eric Otfinoski

A team member since February 2023, Eric is the newest addition to the Estimating team. With a background in HVAC controls and with past experience as a Project Manager, he originally applied for the Assistant Project Manager position at VCA, but Dee from HR believed he would be a good fit in an estimating position instead, and it ended up being a perfect fit. Taking on new challenges every day, he has spread his talents into many aspects and new roles in his short time with VCA

Jenny Canick

A team member since December 2022, Jenny joined VCA as Project Manager. As the only woman to quit Home-Ec. in high school and switch to Industrial Arts, her shop teacher was an inspiration. A BFA and career in Graphic Design segued into curating custom kitchen cabinetry. “Currently, working in Project Management/Millwork employs all aspects of my skill-sets and the opportunity to work with an outstanding group of talent here.”

Patty joined VCA in March 2020 as part-time temp assistant bookkeeper. In November 2020, she became a permanent VCA team member assisting both Accounting and HR. In September 2022 she was promoted to Office Manager. Patty brings many years of experience in accounting and management from working in both large and small family- owned businesses. When she is not at VCA she is works with her husband in real estate and enjoys spending time with her family.

Ashley Lees

A team member since March 2023, Ashley joined VCA as Assistant Project Manager. She was introduced to wood working when she joined the carpentry shop at Westfield Vocational High School. She then went on to attend UMass Amherst and after graduating became a supervisor for a public transportation company. She loved the fast paced environment of working in public transportation, but wanted to get back into her wood working roots. Her position at VCA allows her to combined the best of both worlds.

Dana Hayward

A team member since April 2021, Dana joined VCA as Estimator after many years of estimating millwork. Graduated from the school of hard knocks after roles as laborer, carpenter, cabinet installer, and project manager. “I enjoy the challenge of making a fact based number, out of the unique and beautiful designs VCA is presented with.”

Dee Cady

A team member since January 2020, Dee joined VCA as Director of Human Resources. Being as she is a “People Person” – HR is a perfect fit. Prior to VCA, Dee worked in the insurance industry as a licensed broker who specialized in Employee Benefits and provided HR Consulting to her clients. In addition, she is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Dee enjoys motorcycling, skiing, traveling, cooking and spending time with her friends and family in her spare time.

Zak Molignoni

A team member since January 2017, Zack joined VCA as a woodworker. A few years later he moved to CNC Programming. In 2023 he was promoted to Drafting, Engineering & CNC Manager. He comes to VCA after many years working for a well respected furniture company that had an offering of established designs. He says he was surprised to find VCA: “There are few if any shops doing high-end custom work at VCA’s volume. I’m looking forward to the challenge of making custom designs, and working with this highly skilled group of craftspeople.”

Kimberly Simmons

Andy Schnitzer

Andy joined VCA in May, 2015, as a woodworker in our Millwork department and few years later he was promoted to Millwork Team Leader. In 2023 Andy joined our Project Management Team. Andy brings many years experience to VCA. Trusted with technical challenges in VCA’s complex millwork projects, Andy is the go-to craftsman when expert drawer fabrication and installations are required. He is proud to be involved with the high quality work VCA turns out, and looks forward to a long career at the company.
